Traffic Alert - Convention Center

Port tenants and visitors may experience heavy traffic and delays around the Broward County Convention Center on May 6 due to the Broward College graduation ceremony. Heavy traffic is Motorists are encouraged to include additional time to their commute. Heavy traffic hours will be 11 AM - 1 PM and 3:30 – 5PM.

Motorists should avoid the Northport and convention center areas and use the port’s entrances located at Federal Hwy (US1)/ Spangler Blvd. (State Road 84) or I-595/Eller Dr.

Parking Fees

$4 for 0 - 1 hour

$8 for up to 5 hours, and fees for additional hours vary up to the daily maximum based on vehicle type

$20 daily maximum

$25 daily maximum for oversized vehicles (Oversized vehicles are those that exceed the standard width and/or height of a parking space).
